The DBL roller blind features a robust design with a 6 cm wide top cassette and 3 cm wide side guides.

What is the main difference between VELUX DBL and DKL?
The VELUX DKL is a model with narrow rails and more color options. The VELUX DBL is an economical model. It has slightly wider side channels (3 cm) and a top cassette (6 cm) and is available in only four basic colors (beige, white, black, and gray). The DBL roller blind is also only compatible with VELUX roof windows manufactured before 2014. Both models provide full blackout.
Does the DBL roller blind fit older VELUX windows like 304 or 606?
Yes. The DBL series is designed as a replacement roller blind and fits older generations perfectly. For example, if you have a GGL 304 window, simply select size 304 in our configurator. For GGL 606, select 606.
Can I get the DBL roller blind with white side guides?
No. The VELUX DBL roller blind is only available with natural aluminum (silver) side guides. If you need white side guides to match your white window, please choose the VELUX DKL model.
