The manually operated VELUX MHL external awning blind is the most effective protection against the heat. It is made of a weather-resistant fiberglass mesh covered with plastic. Thanks to this design, it stops approximately 70% of thermal radiation before it reaches the external glass, keeping your room cool.

The mesh material is transparent and comes in a standard black color (5060). This ensures you maintain a view of the outside even when the blind is in use.

Yes. The VELUX MHL awning design allows you to open and close the window fully even when the blind is extended. The awning is transparent and moves with the sash, allowing fresh air to enter while keeping the heat out.
